Terry Allen

Terry serves as the newest Elder to the leadership team since September 2009.  Previously he served as a Deacon since September 2005.  Terry has co-led adult Sunday school classes since 2006 and has since branched out to minister to young adults in a newly established class.  Terry serves as the Minister of Technology and gives his talents to leading, supporting and promoting the use of technology and works in the multimedia & sound ministries.  He sits on the Missions Committee, Education Committee and does visitation to shut-ins serving communion and praying with those unable to come to church.  Terry also serves as the Ministry Director over Angel Food Ministries since January 2007.
Terry has a professional career in Information Technology spanning 15 years and is currently working for Labette Health in Parsons, Kansas as the Director of Information Technology since February 2007.  Prior to that time he served the four states as a technology consultant.
Terry and his wife DeeAnn moved to Pittsburg, Kansas in November 2003 to raise there children Joshua, Hannah and Jonathan in a family-friendly environment and a slower pace of life.  His wife, DeeAnn, established Countryside Christian School in the fall of 2007 to provide a Christian education in which to raise them.  Joshua is in 2nd Grade, Hannah in 1st and Jonathan in diapers.
Terry has a passion for excellence and results.  He wants to see Christians excel with everything that God has placed inside of them for His Glory and for the edification of the Church.  He has a passion for seeking and saving that which is lost and desires that none would perish.

Clayton Kent

Clayton Kent currently serves as an elder at Countryside Christian Church as well as being involved in multiple committees.  He co-teaches a  young adult bible study class on Sunday mornings.  Prior to serving as an elder he spent several years as a deacon here at Countryside.  Clayton, his wife Holly, and three children Camille, Trevor, and Carmen began attending Countryside Christian Church after moving back to the area in 2002. 
Clayton is a 1998 graduate of Pittsburg State University with a degree in Biology and received his Masters degree in Physical Therapy for the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2000.  He has worked the past eight years as Physical Therapist at Via Christi Hospital in Pittsburg.  He is currently the Director of Rehabilitation Services for Via Christi hospital in Pittsburg.  In his spare time he enjoys outdoor recreation, sports, and spending time with family.

Gerald Luttrell

Gerald Luttrell currently serves as an elder at Countryside Christian Church.  He previously served as a deacon and treasurer and has worked on a variety of committees.  
Gerald and his wife, Leslie, were married in 1967 and have two grown children.  Their son, John, resides in Pittsburg with his wife Mishone & children: Shay, C.J., and Caitlin.  Their daugher, Katie, lives in Oklahoma City.  Gerald and Leslie joined Countryside in 2001 after serving for thirty years on active duty with the Army. During that time, Gerald was blessed to command at every level from company to brigade sized units.  As a family the Luttrells were stationed many places in the United States and spent eleven years in Europe.  
In addition to a variety of military schools, Gerald holds a bachelor's degree in Applied Math from Pittsburg State, earned 33 hours graduate work in Logistics Systems Management from the University of Southern California, and a masters degree in Public Administration from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
